About Ram Dhunna

My Name is Ram Dhunna. I have been living in Surrey, British Columbia for more than 20 years. Before I got into real estate I was a Bench Jeweller. I am a Graduate in Diamonds from Gemological institute of America(GIA). When I was designing and manufacture any piece of jewellery I always make sure all the diamonds are chosen correctly so the final product came out to perfection.

My education:

B.A.(Hons) Political Science.
Certificate in Construction and Development.
Graduate in Diamonds from Gemological institute of America(GIA)
Real Estate Trading Course from UBC.

I joined the real estate industry and become a Realtor in 2003. I have applied the same ideology in my real estate practice. When people come to me for their real estate needs in buying or selling , I listen to them carefully and make a plan so their real estate goals can be achieved. I shall always put my client’s interests ahead of my own interests. When people come to me they are not a deal number for me, I always do my best to serve them to my best abilities and I always gets referrals and my clients appreciate my services.

I am always honest and genuine when dealing with my clients, in order to get the best results for my clients needs. Sometimes, there are some circumstances or some thing client don’t want to hear, but in reality that is the truth. I shall not sugarcoat any thing ,but I shall tell you the truth as your real estate consultant.

I shall obey my client’s lawful instructions only. I shall lead you and guide you from: planning to buy or sell a home, to move into a new home, or giving possession to new buyers.

AS A CLIENT: If you become my client I work on your behalf. I shall represent you and I have special legal duties to you including the following:

Loyalty: I shall act only in your best interests. Full Disclosure: I shall tell my clients every thing which I know and that might influence their decision in a transaction.

Avoid conflict of interest: I shall avoid any situation that would affect my duty to act in best interests of my client.

Confidentiality: I shall not reveal my client’s private information without their permission even after client relationship ends, which includes:

- your reasons for buying, selling or leasing
- their minimum or maximum price
- any preferred terms and conditions that client may want to include in a contract.

When you become my client, you will be asked to sign a written agreement to setting out your and my responsibilities.
